Overview
NaphCare is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our pharmacy reimbursement contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, processing invoices, and preparing financial summaries related to pharmacy reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in healthcare or pharmacy financial management, and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Contract Management & Reimbursement Oversight
* Manage and maintain pharmacy reimbursement contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* Monitor contract performance and reimbursement, identifying opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are properly implemented in billing and reimbursement processes
Financial Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare and analyze financial summaries related to pharmacy dispensing and reimbursements.
* Generate detailed reports on dispensing trends and contract performance.
* Assist in forecasting financial impacts of reimbursement changes and policy updates.
Invoicing & Payment Processing
* Oversee the preparation and submission of reimbursement reports related to pharmacy services.
* Work closely with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Compliance & Auditing
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements in pharmacy reimbursement processes.
* Support internal and external audits related to pharmacy reporting and contract compliance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in pharmacy finance, healthcare reimbursement, or contract management (preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
