Childrens Community Occupational Therapist
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
Children's Occupational Therapy provides services to children aged 0-19 who have physical disabilities or difficulties that affect their ability to participate in daily activities. By joining our established and dynamic county-wide service, you will work closely with a dedicated team.
We collaborate proactively with colleagues in health and education, offering a range of appointments tailored to individual needs. These include clinic assessments, school or nursery visits, and home-based interventions. Our service also offers parent workshops, group treatments, and is developing a training portfolio for education staff.
With extensive clinical knowledge across our team, we provide an in-house CPD program and external personal development opportunities. Our agreed development plan, to which all staff contribute, includes opportunities to develop leadership and project management skills.
We actively welcome students from various universities and support all staff in contributing to student and staff development. If you are passionate about improving outcomes for children, enjoy a varied caseload, and thrive in a team environment, this could be the perfect job for you.
