LOTR is responsible for designing and implementing workplace technology and AV solutions, as part of Corporate Real Estate projects (relocations, consolidations, downsizes, new offices and for assisting in wider challenges in the RE&WS and IT space.
This role operates as Program Director for LOTR, reporting into the Head of O&IM and running a combined RE&WS and IT Steering Committee to track progress, sign off business cases, manage issues and risks and develop and manage capex spend of between $4m and $12m per annum. The role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new office technology solutions from design, business case approval, working with CRE and construction teams to delivering the IT for new offices and is responsible for c10 direct and indirect reports.
Accountabilities
Develop and maintain a playbook of technology standards, ensuring implementation globally
Subject Matter Expert for the execution of all Desktop, Network, Telephony and AV deliverables
Appoint and maintain relationships with key global vendors, monitoring and driving performance
Form solid relationships with business and function leadership and manage a Steering Committee
Introduce inter programme dependencies from Simplification and Transformation strategic roadmaps
Establish financial controls and governance processes, ensuring budget tracking and forecasting
Programme planning and scheduling (resources, activities, infrastructure and dependencies)
Create regular programme reports, detailing progress against KPI metrics
Perform Technical Due Diligence and site surveys to create and validate scope of works
Combine Technology Cost Management principles and experience to set budgets for new projects
Lead the production of compelling and defensible business cases and articulate the potential impact
Track, manage and mitigate any risks and issues. De-escalate the impact of these events
Act as the Change Champion for Technology, preparing and presenting at stakeholder events
Work flexibly, scheduling working day to attend important geography stakeholder meetings
