Social Worker Band 5 Job Description
* Social Worker
* Southend-on-Sea
* for 12 weeks
* Up to £25-30 per hour
* Start date: asap
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience as a qualified Social Worker
* Must be able to work shift pattern of work, some night shifts will be required
* Experience of working withing a crisis resolution home treatment team model
* Experienced in Liaison Mental Health within A&E
* Experience working with Home Treatment Team
* Excellent assessment, risk assessment and care/risk formulation skills
* Must be able to drive
* DBS or Police Check
* Registered with relevant goverment body (Social Work England)
