Job Description Ocean Freight Account Manager/Administrator · Salary from £30k - £35k DOE · Start times can be flexible but hours would be around 8am-4:30pm. · Monday-Friday · Hybrid working – 3 days office, 2 days WFH · Can be based either out of Egham or Hook office We’re working with a global logistics supplier who are expanding their office team.. They’re currently recruiting for an Ocean Freight Account Manager/Administrator on a full time permanent basis offering hybrid working from one of their offices in either Egham or Hook, your choice This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant experience in ocean freight, looking to develop their role and career. You will be able to manage the ocean freight desk but also aid in growing the division and building a team in the future. The right person will have knowledge of import and export ocean freight procedures and also custom entries experience. Responsibilities & Requirements · Manage the day-to-day bookings of worldwide freight shipments · Invoice jobs on completion · Extensive supplier liaison and negotiation, verbally and via email · Internal liaison with the sales team, providing quotations and service status information · Raising job files and all of the appropriate paperwork · Process the jobs utilising the in-house software system · Customs entries for all goods If this is of interest to you then please apply or contact Sam at TLP Recruitment, Southampton.
