About the role
Benefact Group, are looking for a Group Learning Consultant to join our Gloucester office on a fixed term contract.
As Group Learning Consultant manage the planning and delivery of behavioural, business skills and line manager development for colleagues across the Group, working with business colleagues and Group L&D consultants to identify needs, source solutions, design and deliver appropriate interventions across a range of learning methods and media.

Key responsibilities
Behavioural and Business Skills Development
* Conduct development needs analysis to identify needs across key stakeholders in order to design interventions that meet business needs and closes skill gaps
* Design, deliver and evaluate online learning programmes informed by business needs, embedding the 70:20:10 model of learning
* Design and deliver virtual and face to face learning sessions on key behavioural and business skills needs for colleagues across the Group
* Ensure all current materials are up to date and relevant to the Group’s strategic goals
People Leaders Journey
* Manage the Journey ensuring new people leaders are participating in the programme
* Deliver People Leaders Induction sessions as planned, ensuring enough coverage for new people leaders
* Deliver virtual and face to face learning sessions core to the People Leaders Journey programme, e.g. Having Great Development and Performance Conversations, Confident Communications and Challenging Conversations, Adult to Adult Conversations.
Learning Management System
* Manage the design and content of the learning management system with specific responsibility for Behaviours, Business Skills and People Leaders Journey
* Manage the administration of courses in LMS relating to key areas of responsibility
* Work with team across the Group to design and publish bespoke solutions to meet their development needs
* Ensure the system continues to reflect our full learning offering and that MI is accurate
Corporate Induction
* Support the delivery of the corporate induction ensuring the content is relevant, up to date and engaging for new joiners at all levels across the Group, ensuring regular evaluation and updates are carried out
* Facilitates corporate inductions alongside the Group L&D Advisor and key specialists across the Group
360 Feedback System Project
* Conduct research and identify potential suppliers to replace our 360 online system
* Manage the implementation, once signed off with PB
Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential Criteria
o Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels
o Experience of needs analysis and programme planning
o Experience of managing external partners and suppliers
o E-learning design and delivery
o Experience of working with and building content for a Learning Management System
o Facilitation experience – virtual and face to face
Desirable Criteria
o Learning programme design and delivery
o Experience of supplier sourcing and management
o The ability to develop a best practice approach to development and ensure ongoing adherence
o Budget management
