SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic client of ours based in Nottingham City Centre.
Duties of the Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk:
1. Training of new starters
2. Scanning/Transfer invoices for processing
3. Invoice processing
4. Rejections
5. New supplier set-up and amendments
6. Producing credit transfers
7. Payment runs
8. Funding shortfall
9. Management of refunds including returned monies on the bank reconciliations
10. Import payment runs
11. CIS Reporting (post training)
12. Provide support and cover for Accounts Payable Team Leader
13. Ensuring all remittances are saved and sent
14. Daily review of unreconciled batch report
15. Carrying out the daily upload to TRAMPS
16. Statement reconciliations
17. Collation of invoices and credits on stop report
18. Central point of contact for utility and accounts payable queries
19. Daily checklist updated and signed
20. General ad hoc duties or project work
The successful candidate for this role needs to have a strong background in purchase ledger. You should understand the full process and be adaptable to change. You will also be motivated, hardworking, and reliable whilst also being able to work within a team environment.
