Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in driving sales of parts to trade, retail outlets, and other company departments, ensuring market penetration.

Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets in alignment with our strategic objectives.
*
Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction across all interactions.
*
Operational Management: Oversee daily banking reconciliation and ensure the accurate completion of administrative tasks.
*
Customer Relations: Identify and establish connections with new and existing customers, growing market share and loyalty through innovative marketing and promotions.
*
Branch Operations: Actively engage in branch operations, stepping into various roles as needed to maintain a seamless workflow.
*
Team Development: Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets, providing clear objectives and regular constructive feedback.
*
Promotions and Communication: Keep our customer network informed of promotional offers and updates through effective communication.
*
Performance Management: Recruit, induct, and manage team performance effectively.
Requirements:
*
Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Motor Factors industry is essential.
*
Technical Proficiency: Basic IT and computer literacy skills are required.
*
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with MAM software (or similar) and OE cataloguing systems is advantageous.
*
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and training a sales team.
*
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, even under pressure.
*
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and driving sales.
*
Local Insight: Knowledge of the local area and customer base would be beneficial.
*
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
