We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead the daily operations of a stunning boutique hotel in a picturesque location.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the existing team for future career growth
* Create a welcoming environment for guests by delivering an exceptional experience
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent organisational skills
* Implement and uphold all regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience within quality hotels is preferred
* A strong financial understanding to enable future growth of the business
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
* Salary of 36k is on offer if taking the live in option, or 41k live out, plus profit related bonus
