* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, partners, and venue IT and Facilities Management teams to ensure successful deployment.
* Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Technology, and Head of Delivery, as well as our mapping delivery and product development teams, to align solutions with product capabilities.
* Tech Demos: Assist the Sales Team by providing technical use cases and demonstrations of our solutions as part of the sales process.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, services, and APIs.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on deployed solutions.

o Experience with cloud architecture, preferably under Google Cloud.
o Software Development: Proficiency in software development and database management is advantageous.
o Mapping and GIS: Knowledge of GIS and digital mapping technologies is a plus.
o Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and robust solutions.
