The opportunity – SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading industrial company based in Cheltenham who are currently looking to expand their team of Production Operatives.
Hours of work – Rotational shift pattern working the below hours.
AM - 07:00am to 15:00pm Monday to Friday
PM - 15:00pm to 23:00pm Monday-Friday
Nights - 23:00pm to 07:00am Monday to Friday
Pay rate - £13.72ph
Start date - Thursday 2nd January 2025
Location - Cheltenham
Job type - Temporary ongoing role with the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity.
What does the Production Operative role involve?
* Working in a factory environment.
* Producing aluminium products ready for dispatch.
* Working to production targets.
* Operating machinery.
* Producing high quality products ready for distribution for clients.
* Liaising with your Supervisor to achieve targets.
