We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistantwho has strong clerical and administrative skills, excellent communication and telephone etiquette with a good track record of customer service.
Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant you will join a friendly, fast-paced team to help with the day-to-day Customer Service and Reception duties whilst supporting the Sales and Business Development team with a variety of responsibilities.
As the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant your excellent organisational skills will aid you to handle incoming and outgoing mail, conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records.

DUTIES
As an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistantyour duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
2. Answer inbound calls and build rapport with customers
3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing
4. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate client records
5. Assist with organising meetings and events
6. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning etc
7. Perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
8. Support the sales team in all administrative tasks
9. Provide excellent customer service as you will become a main point of contact for the customer
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
10. Previous experience in an Administrative & Customer Service role
11. Strong clerical and admin skills
12. Excellent telephone manner and phone etiquette
13. Strong inter-personal and verbal and non-verbal communication skills
14. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
15. Ability to type accurately and efficiently
16. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
17. Excellent track record of customer service
18. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
19. Able to be fully office-based from the premises in Isleworth (TW7)
20. Maintain a positive attitude to work
21. Punctual, highly motivated and enthusiastic
