An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Account Manager to join Beeerstone Financial Services. The post will be for 20 hours a week with flexible working hours between 9.30am and 5pm.
The Client Account Manager will be supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisers by engaging with clients, lenders, protection providers, and third parties.
TASKS AND DUTIES
1. Book client appointments
2. Management of client applications from first appointment to completion
3. Assessing client documents and ensuring that they are in line with policies, criteria, and compliance
4. Chase documents from clients and help them complete fact finds if required
5. Interact with lenders to ensure smooth progress of client applications
6. Create letters and reports
7. Speaking to clients about building and contents insurance policies
8. Supporting advisers by conducting research with lenders and preparing for appointments
9. Promote the profile of the business within the profession and wider community
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
2. Must be trustworthy and have a high level of integrity
3. Provide a high level of customer experience
4. Engaging with clients confidently face to face and over the phone
5. Administration experience
6. Self-starter with a positive, proactive, confident attitude
7. Good communication skills and able to build trusting relationships with clients. Must communicate in a fair and clear manner
8. Mortgage experience is desirable but not essential
9. Diary management
