Support and Inclusion Officer We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Support and Inclusion Officers to join a dedicated team working to prevent homelessness and support individuals in securing sustainable housing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with individuals to help them stay in their homes and prevent homelessness Support homeless households in finding long-term accommodation Develop personalised housing and support plans tailored to each client's needs Provide tenancy advice and assist with applications for housing and welfare benefits Liaise with landlords, private sector housing providers, and partner agencies to prevent eviction Deliver support in a range of community settings, including home visits Empower vulnerable individuals to live independently and maintain their tenancies Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures What We're Looking For: Experience in housing support, social care, or customer service Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a caseload and work independently Compassionate and resilient when supporting vulnerable individuals IT proficiency and attention to detail in record-keeping Team player with a proactive approach Requirements: GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) Enhanced DBS check Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as needed Flexibility to adapt to changing demands This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
