Role Summary
* Responsibilities: You will play a key role in driving our company’s marketing initiatives, as well as collaborating on client marketing projects. Working closely with colleagues across various departments, including our Creative Team, you will contribute to a diverse range of projects and outputs for a variety of audiences.
* Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our expanding Creative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and sustaining our digital marketing processes alongside executing measurable campaigns that drive engagement across digital channels. This brand-new, pivotal role offers a talented individual the chance to shape and contribute to the future of our marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not essential if you demonstrate relevant experience and aptitude.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing proactive and strategic advice to support the company’s marketing initiatives and client projects.
* Crafting compelling content for emails, social media and websites to encourage engagement, whilst adhering to healthcare regulations and compliance.
* Coordinating event campaigns, spanning email marketing, social media and websites.
* Scheduling, monitoring and analysing activities across the company social accounts, including paid ads.
* Conducting regular search engine optimisation (SEO) activities to support business development and client project demands.
* Working closely with colleagues in the Creative team, providing guidance and feedback on marketing deliverables.
* Supporting with the development of KPIs, and the analysing of key metrics, using these to evaluate campaign success and offer recommendations for future enhancements.
* Carrying out industry research to stay on top of trends.
* Acknowledging and responding to marketing-related enquiries from new and existing clients.
About You

Essential requirements for the role are:
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a marketing role or related field.
* Excellent copywriting skills and creative thinking.
* Experience creating and managing campaigns.
* A good understanding of digital marketing tools, across social media, SEO, and email marketing.
* Working knowledge of HubSpot, SEMrush, Hotjar or similar platforms.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* An understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics.
* A high level of proficiency in written English, and the ability to apply excellent attention to detail.
* Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* A high level of productivity, and the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
* The ability to maintain exceptional customer service and quality of deliverables under multiple competing demands.
Desired requirements for the role are:
* A good understanding of the evolving marketing landscape.
* Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
* An interest in healthcare and an understanding of compliance and medical terminology.
* A higher-level qualification in a marketing-related discipline (e.g., Design, Marketing).
* Basic design skills and ability to collaborate with designers.

The Recruitment Process
