Business Process Analyst Responsibilities: Support the Bank’s transformation programme by conducting comprehensive business process mapping to document future-state process workflows and procedure using Microsoft Visio and Word. Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, understand their needs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop clear, functional process maps that can be used to drive future improvements. Provide guidance and support to other team members to enhance their skills in business process mapping and documentation. Requirements: Proven experience in business process mapping within a continuous improvement framework. Strong background in functional process mapping. Background in financial services/ banking industry is desired. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and take ownership of business processes, ensuring they are well-documented and primed for future development
