We have a temporary Production Operative role available at Catnic, Caerphilly. This opportunity is ideal for someone with production line experience and familiarity with overhead cranes and FLTs, who is punctual, reliable, and proactive.

Opportunity for overtime is available – flexibility is essential
Assignment Length: 6 months initially
Pay Rate: Grade F

Night Shift Pay (Grade F): £15.44 per hour

Responsibilities:

Operate processing machinery and material handling equipment

Select and process materials promptly and accurately

Understand product ranges and specifications
*
Perform basic maintenance tasks to support production efficiency

Check stock records and ensure correct labelling and storage
*
Actively contribute to team performance and improvement initiatives

Follow plant procedures and wear correct PPE at all times
