Responsibilities:
* To provide nursing expertise, facilitate evidence-based patient care.
* To support the Trust strategy of delivering a quality healthcare service for patients and their families.
* To work within and to support the Trust objectives and the ward department philosophy and standards.
* To supervise and direct junior staff, to act as a resource to provide education and training which may include members of the multi-disciplinary team.
* You may be required to take charge of the ward area in the absence of Ward Manager/deputies.
