* Provide clear and consistent advice on organisational policies and procedures to employees at all levels, and create templates, guides, and letters as needed.
* Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, pay and reward, and organisational change initiatives. Provide support to HR administrators, helping to resolve complex queries efficiently.
* Ensure the smooth running of compliance activities, including conducting employee checks, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Use HR information systems to generate reports, offering key insights to support HR and management decision-making.
* Lead or contribute to HR projects designed to enhance organisational practices and address people-related challenges, driving improvements across the business.
* Support the rollout and communication of new or revised HR policies and procedures, delivering training sessions to teams as required.
* Provide ongoing support to ensure the HR function is delivered effectively and professionally, aligning with organisational goals.

Key skills and qualities we are looking for include:
* Proven ability to build supportive, empowering relationships and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
* Focus on identifying and nurturing individual strengths, fostering resilience, and encouraging contributions to the organisation’s success.
* A passion for promoting wellbeing, fairness, and community inclusion, ensuring everyone has a voice and the opportunity to thrive.
