The 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel on the site of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. The Hilton is a 4 star venue which features the Quarter House Bar & Grill, Flight Path, Executive Lounge and Devona Spa. As a Mixologist, you will work closely with the bar team to deliver an outstanding drink menu while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service. Curate and update the cocktail menu regularly, incorporating seasonal ingredients, new trends, and guest feedback. Provide personalized cocktail recommendations and interact with guests to enhance their overall experience. Set up and maintain the bar to meet premium standards, ensuring an inviting atmosphere. Record orders swiftly and accurately, keeping the pace while prioritising attention to detail. Keep the bar sparkling clean, from counters and sinks to all tools and storage spaces. Serve food orders with care to guests enjoying the bar, offering a seamless dining experience. Report any equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth and efficient. Proactively restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a fully equipped bar for every shift. Foster a welcoming, positive, and energetic atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
