Children's Senior Residential Support Worker
Salary: £36,814 - £39,004 (includes sleep-in allowance)

About the Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Serve as the lead practitioner on shift, mentoring, supporting, and coaching team members.
* Manage and resolve challenges with confidence, always prioritizing the children’s best interests.
* Collaborate with education, therapy, and outdoor teams, ensuring holistic care tailored to each child’s needs.
* Work within a 2:1 staffing ratio to provide personalized support and achieve the best outcomes.
* Uphold the highest standards of care, contributing to a positive and nurturing home environment.
Shift Pattern
* Two days on, four days off.
* Shifts start between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., allowing for a consistent routine.

What We’re Looking For
* Required Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce or equivalent.
* Experience: Ideally, experience in Residential Children's Services or similar settings, particularly working with children exhibiting challenging behaviour.
