Global Market Access Manager – ViiV Healthcare (fixed term contract)
Location: GSK HQ, London, UK
Please note this is a 12-months fixed-term role.
Job Purpose
Market access and pricing is a fundamental part of the commercialisation of our HIV medicines - to ensure that people living with HIV, and people who could benefit from PrEP have access to treatment and preventative medicines.
As Global Market Access Manager, you will develop and execute market access strategies that secure, maintain and improve reimbursement for our current portfolio and build the foundations for our pipeline.

In this role you will be responsible for:
* Key launch brands and portfolio support
o Leading development and roll out of payer value propositions, tools and materials
o Leading development and roll out of capability workshops
o Supporting development of market access and pricing strategies for our existing portfolio
o Contribute to the development of creative strategies for optimal reimbursement and access of our pipeline
* Collaborating with Marketing, Health Outcomes, Government Affairs, Finance and Regional and Local market access teams to develop and deliver shared access objectives
* Monitoring evolving payer landscape and gathering insights to support payer & pricing solutions and broader commercial decision making
* Operations and governance
o Lead on global pricing governance operations
o Maintaining global market access materials
o Copy approval
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Several years’ experience in the Pharma Industry or an associated consulting role
* Strong understanding and knowledge of pricing & reimbursement environment in healthcare and pharma
* In-depth understanding of payers and their value drivers at above-country level
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Masters in Health Economics/Health policy
* Direct experience with Payers supporting reimbursement activities in market
You will demonstrate:
* Ability to navigate and deliver in a complex matrix organisation (cross functional and across global/regional/local matrix)
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* Creating simplicity from complexity
* An analytical mind, to distil insights and communicate these clearly
