Contracts Manager - Kirkliston - Up to £50,000 + Benefits - Ref: 1753
I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to work for a key client of mine based in Kirkliston.
The organisation has been in operation for over 45 years and is one of the leading Steel and Metalwork Companies across the UK in the Structural Engineering industry. They have a well-established client base and are one of the most recognisable companies within their area of specialism.
To support the continued growth of the business and to manage the amount of work they have now and forecasted, they need to appoint a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Contracts Manager, you will be required to prepare production programs working with workshop production to ensure timelines are met. Additionally, you will support the provision of tender documents, contracts, quotations, and measuring valuations of work to be carried out on site. This role will require you to be client-facing and confident in liaising with construction professionals, including project managers and site engineers.
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Structural Engineer or Contracts Manager (in Structural Engineering)
2. Driving Licence
3. Managerial experience
4. Method Statement knowledge
5. CSCS Card
6. Knowledge of ISO9001
Desirable:
1. CPCS Qualified
