The Forge Holiday Group are seeking a our newest Marketing Manager to take up their latest career challenge within a leading name in holiday industry covering a 12 month fixed term contract.

• Paying a salary up to £40,000 per annum working / 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday.

Creative, driven to deliver and with strong leadership, our newest Manager will be crucial in leading on KPIs for new marketing campaigns and channels for the Sykes Holiday Cottages brand.
Working closely with the Marketing Director this role will be integral to the end-to-end management of CRM strategies to ensure effective approaches, mapping the customer journey, events and relevant segments to ensure successful project delivery across all products.
Previous innovations have included testing and proving the concept for app push notifications, integrating NPS and new feedback processes, and ancillary as new marketing channels whilst current initiatives include our new customer reward scheme ‘Bloom’ where this role will sit at the forefront of.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting into Marketing Director, our newest CRM Customer Marketing Manager will hold accountability over the following:
• End to end project management including objective setting and strategy.
• Developing and testing strategies to ensure the most effective approach is being executed.
• Mapping customer journeys, events and relevant segmentation.
• Responsible for construction and management of HTML email templates, programming, SMS, push campaigns and segmentation of the Sykes Holiday Cottages customer database to ensure targeted marketing.
• Collaborating with all departments and external providers to ensure effective “project” delivery across all products
• Monitoring and maximising the “project” strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
• Preparing performance reports and making recommendations for the Marketing Director and CMO
