Controlled Space is a 20+ years established business that provides stewarding, safety and security services to a wide range of clients including events and venues.
We are seeking a capable, organized Administration/HR Assistant to support with the day-to-day running of the business. In this role, you will assist with general administration, with a key element being assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and preferably an interest in HR and recruitment.

The role is for 16 hours per week, anticipated to be Monday to Thursday, with some flexibility and opportunities for additional hours.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in office and general administration. Experience in recruitment or HR support is an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Docs.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
