Service Engineer, Field Based (South-West), £28,000pa The purpose of this role: As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the after-sales installation and servicing of specialist fluid filtration equipment. Travelling to commercial customer sites across the South-West UK, you’ll act as an ambassador for the company, delivering customer service. Oversee the installation and maintenance of a range of industrial filtration equipment. Identify any faults or parts needing replacement / upgrading and carry out repairs. Identify opportunities for service upgrades, spare parts and other aftermarket care options. Develop good customer relationships, providing advice and acting as a company ambassador. Ensure all safety and record paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner. The successful Service Engineer will: Have working knowledge of extraction and/or filtration systems whether that be air, liquid or both. Have a full, clean UK driver’s licence. Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems. Experience of field-based service is beneficial. Be familiar with good health & safety practices. Interested?
