A family-owned small luxury hotel collection in the Cotswolds is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about the finest standards to work in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.

Responsibilities
1. Being part of a hardworking and organised team working with top-of-the-range equipment
2. Setting up the kitchen prior to the restaurant opening for service
3. Preparing, marinating and cooking a broad range of premium dishes
4. Plating food creatively to maximise the presentation of each dish
5. Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen before the restaurant closes
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Own transport due to rural location if not living in
3. Hard working and self-motivated
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
