Our client specialises in helping large enterprise organisations optimise their operations and logistics services through a comprehensive suite of telematics and telecoms products and services. Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will focus on driving sales growth through proactive lead generation, business prospecting, and acquisition campaigns for products. You'll generate sales opportunities, nurture prospects, and support Business Development and National Account Managers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively prospect decision-makers and generate new business opportunities (cold calling). Promote Telematics, Telecoms, Telephony, Connectivity, and Fuel solutions. Nurture leads, identify pain points, and drive sales decisions. Manage customer follow-ups. Schedule qualified appointments and support Account Managers with handovers. Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain accurate CRM records. Create proposals for SME customers and stay informed about competitors. Meet and exceed sales KPIs while maximizing revenue across solutions. Requirements: Proven Telesales/Outbound Sales/BDE experience with a strong track record of meeting targets. Skilled in new business strategies, closing deals, and CRM tools. Resilient, detail-oriented, motivated, and goal-driven. Exceptional communication and organizational Benefits OTE - £40,000 per annum. Annual Leave - 33 days inclusive of bank holidays. Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Office based - Antrim.
