This role is crucial in assisting customers and improving their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Facilitate new customer onboarding, process orders, and deliver telephone-based product guidance. Diagnose and resolve maintenance concerns, ensuring all queries are documented and dealt with swiftly. Keep customer records updated in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to current customers. Coordinate equipment shipments and returns. Requirements: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service position. Strong and assured telephone manner. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. Excellent ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with CRM software (Zoho or similar). A team player who thrives in a close-knit working environment.
