Our public sector client based in Sunderland has several exciting opportunities to join their team as a Customer Service Advocate The roles are looking to start as soon as possible and will be temporary, lasting until June 2025 initially. There will be variable shift patterns for this role working between Monday to Sunday as per below:- 4x Shifts on 07:00-15:00, 2x shifts off, 4x shifts 15:00-23:00 4x Shifts on 09:00-17:00, 2x shifts off, 4x shifts 17:00-01:00 The pay rate for the role will be £13.26 per hour. The purpose of the role is to handle telecare alarm calls, out of hours emergency council calls and dispatching wardens across the city. Additional duties will include:- Receive and resolve detailed enquiries from customers and service users Provide information, advice and guidance to customers via a range of communication channels including face to face, telephone, email, letter, web chat and social media Undertake surveys, telephone calls and interviews to collect data/customer insights to inform improvement programmes Provide support and assistance to local council campaigns, events and programmes Accurate data entry on the internal system To be considered for this role you should have previous customer service experience as well as a background within office administration and IT literate when using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
