What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Headteacher. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
In this role, you will complete tasks with precision, while navigating enquiries and situations with professionalism and friendliness.
The successful candidate will:
• Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Take a flexible and adaptable approach to work, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and work independently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative software/school systems.
• Have a positive attitude, strong initiative and a commitment to teamwork.
