As a Management Accountant, you’ll support our Business Partner and work alongside finance and operational teams. Your role will involve preparing month end accounts, reviewing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You’ll also work with senior management, assisting with audits and helping teams improve financial awareness. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for someone with experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports, with strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights. You should be confident in presenting financial information to senior management, managing multiple priorities, and supporting colleagues and stakeholders with clear communication and negotiation. Experience in a business partnering environment is key, along with a practical understanding of financial controls, business risks, and regulatory reporting. Ideally, you’ll be a CCAB qualified accountant, but we’re also happy to chat with part qualified candidates working towards their qualification. This is a permanent role with the opportunity to complete 30–37 hours per week. The part qualified salary is £42,358 FTE, and qualified salary ranges from £46,448 - £50,213 FTE (depending on skills and experience) Flexible working policies – this role would be both office and home based with regular time spent in our Swansea office and occasionally elsewhere including Cardiff and Newport.
