A global pharmaceutical company is recruiting for Process Technicians for Flu manufacturing.
The roles require talented, adaptable individuals who can operate to the highest possible standards with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance. The successful candidates will be instrumental in the creation of new operational areas within Manufacturing.
The role will involve 12 Hour Day and Night Shifts working 4 on 4 off Days or 2 days 2 nights.
Duration: 5-6 Months
Pay: £20.36 to £22.15
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all Departmental SOPs and MIs are followed.
2. Ensure appropriate control, monitoring, and delivery of activities in their area of work.
3. Complete all documentation correctly, accurately, and in a timely manner, signed by the relevant personnel.
4. Carry out final documentation review and sign off to ensure documentation is right first time.
5. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, demonstrating the behaviors necessary to create a safe working environment.
6. Update existing SOPs and MIs as required, performing regular reviews and initiating new documentation as appropriate.
7. Maintain and promote a cGMP compliant culture, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and safety in accordance with CFR regulations.
8. Apply principles of Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, 5S, Waste Elimination, and Energy Efficient Activities in support of Continuous Improvement.
9. Maximize individual contribution to achieve team objectives, providing and receiving support and feedback to team members and team leaders.
10. Communicate and liaise with members of other teams, customers, and suppliers to meet business objectives.
11. Suggest solutions to issues that may arise.
12. Attend all compulsory and allocated training courses required for the role, ensuring timely completion and up-to-date personal training records.
13. Develop new skills, competencies, and behaviors to fulfill both current and future business needs.
14. Work in compliance with all pertinent UK legislation, mandatory policies, guidelines, and site procedures for Health, Safety, and Environment.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a Science Degree.
2. Basic knowledge of GMP.
3. Basic mechanical aptitude or knowledge of electronic/mechanical equipment.
