Their mission is to place human advisers at the centre of every client relationship, while utilising technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Head of Mortgages or Senior Mortgage Adviser with team leader qualities, to lead and manage their mortgage team. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mortgage advice, regulatory requirements and exceptional leadership abilities.You will oversee the end-to-end mortgage operations, including business development, processing and client servicing.
