What Are We Looking for?
For the first time in the history of supply chains, technology falls behind customers’ demand and global 100 enterprises wish to quantify ROI from technology at scale. Roambee has upgraded its business model and value-selling approach to deliver against these expectations with its platform, implementing visibility at scale within a short period of time, and analytics driving KPIs tailored to teams in supply chain, logistics, and quality control, enabling OTIF, cold chain compliance, asset utilization, and more.
We are seeking a seasoned enterprise sales professional to expand Roambee’s visibility and intelligence solution footprint in market through a consultative, value-selling approach with large enterprises in Pharma, Food, Chemicals, Electronics, Automotive, and Logistics.
If you have proven enterprise selling success and enjoy playing a key role in transforming large enterprises through digitization and enjoy contributing significantly to leading scale-up in a high growth market: supply chain technology, then this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Net new sales: Close new business with top-tier companies in Pharma, Food, Chemicals, Electronics, Automotive, and Logistics.
Expansion sales: Expand usage within signed accounts to more lanes and regions and upsell value-added features such as analytics to improve their business KPIs.
Value-selling: Consultatively sell on business value using ROI analysis, demos, proof-of-value, solutioning, working through RFP/RFQs, and formulating deployment plans. Create and deliver value-centric proposals to deliver ROI from visibility packages, analytics, professional services, control tower, and more of Roambee’s solution stack.
Seasoned Salesmanship:
1. Navigate complex enterprise deal-making sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in a large enterprise and sell the value proposition to each of them uniquely.
2. Monitor and resolve quote-to-cash issues promptly in collaboration with other teams.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with your accounts and prospects through regular customer visits and online interactions.
4. Build new business pipeline by prospecting over and above the leads provided by demand generation team using your network and sales relationships.
Requirements
Proven enterprise selling experience: 10+ years of enterprise selling experience with average ticket sizes of $100K+ and track record of consistently achieving quotas in upwards of $1M.
Consultative, value-selling experience: Sold digitization solutions like supply chain software, ERP, TMS, etc. to large enterprises. Demonstrated consultative selling experience with hands on involvement in ROI assessments, creating customized value-proposition materials, etc. Participated in or driven solution design for large enterprise customers.
Technology enthusiast: Experience selling SaaS solutions with high initial brand recognition, working in a start-up or scale-up environment, and working in the supply chain and logistics space with are all pluses.
Education background preferred: A degree in the field of Engineering is strongly preferred.
