Job Description
* Serving as the first point of contact for visitors
* Managing phone calls and correspondence
* Assisting in organising and maintaining the office area
* Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support team with administrative tasks
* Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
* Maintaining an organised filing system
* Ensuring all reception areas are tidy and presentable
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* An ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A professional appearance and demeanor
* The ability to multitask effectively
