What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement enterprise-wide IT strategies aligned with business and healthcare objectives.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and interoperability.
* Provide strategic leadership on IT governance, security, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in enterprise architecture or extensive IT experience preferably within healthcare, government, or other complex IT environments.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, interoperability standards, and digital transformation strategies.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* A passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery.
* Degree in information technology or a related field, such as computer science; or equivalent.
* Knowledge of ITIL and formal project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Contract type: Permanent
Full time: 37 hours
Location and Working Pattern: This role will be based in Digital Services (eHealth) within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters. The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
