Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 a year
Location: Central London
Employment: Full-term, permanent (Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm)

The Ophthalmic Nurse:
* A qualified NMC registered Nurse
* 2 year’s experience in ophthalmic nursing, with a focus on admissions and or theatre/scrub settings
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
The Role:
As an Ophthalmic Nurse you’ll be working in both admissions and theatre settings, specifically as a scrub nurse.
* Assisting Theatre Lead and Surgeons in delivering outstanding care to all patients, ensuring seamless operations and a safe environment
* Scrub Assistance During Procedures, including: Cataract Surgery, Corneal Crosslinking (CXL), Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE), Glaucoma Surgery – among others!
* Instrument and Equipment Management
* Providing Clinical governance & quality assurance
