Job Title: Work Controller & Logistics Operative
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Location: Crawley
Salary: Competitive
Reporting to: Service Manager
As a result of continued growth at SOS, an opportunity has arisen for a Work Controller & Logistics Operative to join our team. You will work as part of the service team to ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
We are looking for an upbeat individual with a positive and supportive ‘can do’ attitude who can complement our service team and add valuable support to our clients and our technicians.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage customer calls and service queries.
* First line support for customers (e.g. image quality/ clearing jams etc).
* Assist in managing logistics.
* Assist in managing engineer days and queries.
* Booking in parts/toners/machines.
* Working with 3rd party logistics companies to manage deliveries and collections.
* Assisting with stock and warehouse checks as needed.
* Toner management.
* Assist in managing service inboxes.
Requirements:
* Experience preferable but not essential as training will be given in all aspects of the role.
* Good at working both in a team and independently.
* Approachable with good customer skills essential.
* Good time keeping and reliability a must.
* Early starts, late finishes may be required on occasions.
* Full clean UK drivers license preferred but not essential.
* DBS checks/certificate will be required as you will be going to Schools/ Nurseries etc.
* Must be a confident driver as you will be required to drive a large van.
