The Role
As Head of Business, you will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated teachers, shaping the business curriculum to provide an engaging, high-quality educational experience. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management of the department, supporting professional development for staff, and contributing to the school’s broader leadership goals.

About You
We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Business Teacher with a history of success in the classroom. You should bring a proactive approach to leadership, with the skills to motivate and guide both students and colleagues. Previous experience in a leadership capacity is ideal but not required for applicants who demonstrate readiness for this next career step.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Substantial experience in teaching Business at the secondary level.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Commitment to supporting the personal and academic development of all students.
