Revive! Swansea is looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a leading mobile SMART repair business, we specialize in minor bodywork and alloy wheel repairs for private customers, car dealerships, and fleet operators.
About the Role:
As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for handling leads, building partnerships, and promoting our high-quality SMART repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively seek new business opportunities with dealerships, leasing companies, and private customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Conduct site visits and consultations to assess customer needs.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
5. Represent Revive! Swansea professionally and uphold our brand values.
Salary & Benefits:
* Base salary: £22,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).
* Commission structure: 5-15% of sales revenue or a fixed amount per deal closed.
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000 – £50,000+ per year for high performers.
* Additional benefits:
o Company vehicle or mileage allowance.
o Performance bonuses.
o Pension scheme and other benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales experience (automotive industry experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license.
