Role Summary As we continue to grow, this role will be at the forefront of us increasing our distribution within the UK and US. The role will support the National Account Manager and own a specific mix of accounts driving forward account management and sales delivery. Role Details · New Business – Actively acquires new accounts for the business that delivers our targeted retailer distribution. · Account management – Owns a specific set of accounts, and builds strong relationships to drive sales and SKU count growth. · Forecasting and planning – Works across the teams to input to stock ordering and buys based an ambitious growth plans. · Administration – Supports the business with the administration of new account setup. Works with Operations team to resolve customer issues. · Reporting – Supports with the production of sales reports and actively contributes to the trading meeting. · Margin – Delivers plans to a set margin target to improve account profitability · Trade Shows – Plans and attends trade shows, as opportunities for us to increase industry presence and develop new sales opportunities. Needs to be / Needs to have · Previous sales and account experience with key UK retailers e.g. Next, supermarkets, department stores etc. · Strong Excel skills · Ability to build new business and drive sales · A proactive and can-do approach, seeking out new opportunities · A key attention to detail Role measures · Sales and margin delivery · Growth in number of retailers · Growing in SKU count listings in core retailers
