Key Responsibilities
Register and manage the home in accordance with Ofsted standards.
Ensure the highest quality of care for children and young people.
Handle referrals and oversee suitable placements.
Lead reviews and manage key stakeholder meetings.
Provide induction, supervision, mentorship, and performance assessments for staff.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
•Proven managerial experience in children's services, especially with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
•Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People is highly desirable.
