Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector – a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage.
They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Negotiation Team.
You will have at least 2 years Sales Negotiation experience – being a real property professional.
As Sales Negotiator you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread throughout the UK – arranging viewings, securing and negotiating the sales.
You will need to have brilliant negotiation experience with strong commerciality, sales and organisational skills.
You will be bright and personable and used to working in a target driven environment and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets.
Commission is guaranteed whilst you build your pipeline – so you will be earning from day one.
What is key to this role?
To succeed here you will have a positive attitude, have a good stable sales work record and really understand how to close the sales.
Your working week will be:
It’s Monday to Friday – 9 to 6pm. 3pm Finish on Fridays if you hit your targets!
Plus one Saturday every other weekend either 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm – but this can be from home.
Your days will be spent:
Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties
Selling a targeted number of properties – all the other team members comfortably hit (and exceed) this target each month
