Vector are currently recruiting for a Temporary Admin Assistant for one of our thriving Drainage Contractors based in Hickstead
Position: Admin Assistant – Temporary Contract
Roles and Responsibilities: As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, preparing documents for meetings, office support to the supervisors, updating spreadsheets and recording holidays.
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 18/20 hours pw
* However, hours can be negotiable
Salary:
* £11.44 per hour
Requirements:
* Access to personal transportation, as the depot is not easily reachable via public transit.
* Previous administration support and/or experience in an administrative position would be advantageous.
* Good communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to handle multiple tasks competently and accurately meeting deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
