What we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced, nurturing and dedicated individuals, who can provide an outstanding level of childcare and allow our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Peak View is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

1. A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
2. A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or be close to completion)
3. A Full driving licence issued in the UK
4. A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
5. Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
6. In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
7. Training and experience in de-escalation, safe restraint and physical intervention (such as Team Teach, MAPA etc.)
8. Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
9. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
