The development is a community of beautifully designed homes and contemporary apartments, set in the serene Hampshire countryside, surrounded by rich natural woodland.
Role Overview:
As the New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the development, guiding potential buyers through the home-buying journey. From conducting property tours to managing inquiries, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home in this idyllic village setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective buyers, offering detailed information about the properties.
2. Conduct property tours, showcasing key features and benefits.
3. Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
4. Assist buyers through the reservation process.
5. Stay updated on development details, pricing, and the local market.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate but exceptional customer service experience is necessary.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly organised with great attention to detail.
4. Self-motivated and driven to meet targets.
5. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
