Job Title - Floor Layer (Social Housing)
Location - Covering between Ipswich and surrounding areas
Pay rate - £160/Day (CIS), £160/Day (Umbrella), £125/Day (PAYE) using own van and tools
Requirements for Floor layer:
• Experience in floor laying in particular Shower rooms (sheet flooring)
• Full driving licence
Our client is a large family run business with opportunities for a Floor Layer to work on various projects in social housing. The role involves laying floors in shower rooms using sheet flooring. A full driving licence is required as the position involves using own van and tools. The pay rate is £160/Day for CIS and Umbrella schemes, and £125/Day for PAYE.
