Job title: Senior Sales and Service Advisor Location: Haydock ABOUT THE ROLE - This key role is responsible for supporting the Sales & Service Manager in the leadership and development of the branch team. Primary focus is to ensure we achieve all contractual obligations for the customer, whilst delivering improvements in our ‘order to enquiry’ (‘ETO’) conversion, service delivery and customer relationships At ERIKS, every day is different, from the nature of the products on offer, to the industry our customers are from. You'll be adaptable, a problem solver, and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Initiate, develop, and maintain customer relationships. Establish customer requirements Proactively calling downtraders and following up on live quotes in order to generate additional business. Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations Order processing Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from ERIKS (Full training provided) Introducing customers to new products/services Providing market leading levels of customer service Promote a best practice culture within the team to encourage a learning environment Review team performance using established processes Conduct monthly 121 reviews with the branch Sales & Service team that are within your responsibility Understand, monitor, complete and submit customer KPI reports as required Experience/ skills required Experience and track record in building sustainable long-term customer relationships Strong commercial acumen Previous Sales Experience / Account Management Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive 'can-do' attitude Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel A proactive problem-solving approach Excellent leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Demonstrate the ability to manage complex data and deliver accurate and detailed results.
