Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our small, friendly People team based in Draycott as a People Co-Ordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Posting of Job adverts: both internally and externally
* Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the hiring process.
* Recruitment Administration: Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts of employment and maintain accurate records.
* Induction of new joiners: Delivering day one induction presentation and coordinating with other teams to deliver their part.
* Management of shared inbox: Triaging and escalating to appropriate team member.
* On and off boarding of employees: Ensure communication with relevant departments including IT and Payroll.
* Training: Monitoring, planning and coordinating internal and external training.
* Systems: Accurate and timely administration of training platform to include uploading training forms handed in by managers.
* Monitoring Absence: Highlighting to People Advisor triggers according to policies.
* Raise Purchase Requisitions: Track through to ensure timely payments of invoices.
* General day to day administration: Cover for other team members during annual leave.
Key Requirements/Skills:
* Strong administration background.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent attention to detail, a "right first time" approach to work and ability to maintain this during busy periods.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to think and plan ahead, anticipate needs and proactively problem solve.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Diligent information security awareness.
* Able to prioritise multiple conflicting demands.
* Personal accountability and ownership with a level of tenacity to ensure a positive customer experience in everything you do.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years Administration within an office environment.
